COVID 19 SAFETY
To ensure our guests safety during their stay at Lynstead House we have completed a thorough Risk assessment and implemented new procedures.
We will be following all government & environmental health guide lines & will be AA Covid 19 safety accredited when we reopen.
We will contact guests by email before arrival to discuss check in times so these can be staggered if required.
All rooms will be fully sanitized using recommended anti viral products & follow a full cleaning schedule. Hand sanitizers will be available on entrance to the house, in public areas & bedrooms.
Social distancing measures will be in place in the breakfast room. A full choice of the breakfast menu will be available, however we will be asking guests to order their choices the night before.
Upon departure payment can be made by card or bank transfer.

Lynstead House Sidmouth
Linda and Gary welcome you to our guest house in the beautiful Regency seaside town of Sidmouth on Devon's Jurassic Coast.
We can be found on Vicarage Road which is just a short level walk into town and the seafront.
Lynstead House is a large Victorian villa and although it's 19th century on the outside it's a very 21st century B&B when you walk through the front door.
At the rear of the house there is free guest car parking and a garden for you to enjoy with glorious views of the river Sid and the Byes Park beyond.
