Linda and Gary welcome you to our guest house in the beautiful Regency seaside town of Sidmouth on Devon's Jurassic Coast.
We can be found on Vicarage Road which is just a short level walk into town and the seafront.
Lynstead House is a large Victorian villa and although it's 19th century on the outside it's a very 21st century B&B when you walk through the front door.
At the rear of the house there is free guest car parking and a garden for you to enjoy with glorious views of the river Sid and the Byes Park beyond.
