Smoking

As the Law dictates we are a NO SMOKING guest house.

Unfortunately any guest ignoring this policy would be asked to leave the house immediately and would forfeit their booking fee in total.

If you need to smoke could we ask you to smoke in the garden behind the car park.

We thank you for your understanding in this regard.

Evening Take Away

We respectfully ask that no hot take away food is eaten in your room, however if you wish to eat at the house in the evening just let us know in advance and we will happily set a table for you in the breakfast room.

Booking Payments

A deposit equal to the first night’s fee will be taken on booking to reserve the room. Outstanding payments to be taken on departure.

Cancellations

Deposits can be transferred to another date within a three month period or refunded if made within 60 days’ notice.
